They range between 25 & 30 a hour. dont just look at cost because that is false economy.

Look at what grade the driving instructor is: http://www.direct.gov.uk/en/Motoring/LearnerAndNewDrivers/LearningToDriveOrRide/DG_4022528

ring them and ask.

in my opinion Brian Gordon is the best I learnt with him and I was very quick in passing!

Do you know that is incredible value for money. I passed my test (first time ) well over 30 years ago and I am sure lessons were a lot more than that (allowing for inflation). What I mean is they were close to equavilent of a weeks wages when I was 19.

Brian is also very honest and won't tell you that you are not ready or your car is unfit for use for your test unless its true. He isn't out just to take your money but to teach you how to drive and he wants to see all of his students pass. He is the best in my opinion.

Eric Gunn was fantastic when I learnt with him. I was a very nervous driver and dreaded my lessons every week but he made you feel at ease and helped me a lot to increase my confidence. I went on to pass first time with him too.
