The bike shop Thurso had some ages ago. I think its called Nikwax if they don't have any left. Climbing shops otherwise.

Hugo (fishing shop) on the high street in Wick used to sell tins of wax specifically for waxed jackets.

CLB at riverside in Thurso stock it, quite expensive though, over £5.00 for an aerosol can.

Mrs M had a favourite wax jacket for years and when it went tatty, she just sent it off to Barbour and they gave it a refit, which included rewaxing and new zips. I'm not sure if they still do this, but she was delighted to have her old jacket back looking brand new.

Use a hairdryer to get the new wax to sink in.

but how does one wrestle the old tatty jacket away from the mannie? I'll have to sedate him i guess. then he can weep at the gates of Barbour factory until it's ready.
