ok went out today, and had the camera with me.. these are what like the roads were at 12:30 and 1:30 coming and going.. went out to lyth from wick.

You seem to have it bad over there,
there's hardly any snow here, a spattering over frozen ground.

well i was driving but as i was the only person on the road at the time i stopped the car first !! *laughs* and the horses were great.. they did really well considering the snow was blowing like mad! *grins* did not realise how bad the roads were gonna be when i went out!

Eh? In Orkney, thats what we would call "Doon tae the black". On nice straight roads like that, thats good for about 50! If thats whats considered "extreme" over there, how do you describe snowdrifts?

no, just a crv.. but it never even blinked at the last snow.. just yesterday!

That soft wet stuff is a bit slidey. Ok if you go canny though, eh .
