Does anyone know much about this? I'm looking for some info on Flexible working for parents with disabled children, I have googled it and got some info but just wondering if anyone one on here knew the ins and outs of it?

I think that it would be up to you and your employer to agree something suitable.

You are probably referring to the Families and Work Act 2006. You might want to have a look here (http://www.carersuk.org/Information/Workandcaring/Flexibleworking) where there is lots of useful advice and guides to help you. At the end of the day your employer may refuse your request if they have good business reasons for doing so. Good luck!
