I hope you've all had a great xmas and new year and are rairing to go with fantastic weight losses this year!!
Just a wee reminder to everyone the group will be held in the royal hotel on tuesday 11th Jan at 5 & 7pm as the roof is being repaired on the hall we use now.
If you know of anyone that would like to join us please advise of this change.
