Where about are you

Judging by your name you've filled a few septic tanks yourself

Try Wick Blast - they're great. Don't know their number offhand but they have an advert in the Groat every week.

Quite agree Graham will sort the tank out quicker than anyone else. It is could well be the soakaway that is blocked. Whatever he'll sort it.

Easiet way to know if its full is take a plunger and lower it vertically into the tank and you will feel the sludge - if you have a "T" piece on the inlet check to see how deep it goes into the tank and if it goes to the bottom knock a piece off it as long as you have a "T "piece on the outlet of the tank it will be ok as the "T" piece is just to stop rags etc going out and blocking your outlet and you dont have the same problem at the inlet . Scottish waters tanker driver isnt due back to work till the 10th of jan I think. Hope this helps and give me a PM if you want more advice

the soakaway may not be working due to the amount of snow thawing in your garden give it a few days to settle. would not advise using plungers in the tank as u are liable to get it stuck and don't go braking any parts of your tank as thay are there for a reason if u need it sorted give me a call on 01955603454
