Has anyone else heard a rumour that the Viewfirth club in Thurso and the footie park in front of it have been sold and that the Viewfirth is getting knocked down and that houses are gonna be built on all the land?
that park must be one of the last large grass areas in Caithness in the middle of a town/village. And the Viewfirth building itself is a great looking Victorian (?) building. It would be a shame to see it all knocked down, just for more houses built with gardens the size of postage stamps, that cost mega money.
any thoughts?
