Is this logic. If true.

An interesting letter in the Australian Shooter Magazine this week, which
I quote:

"If you consider that there has been an average of 160,000 troops in the
Iraq Theatre of Operations during the past 22 months, and a total of 2112
deaths, that gives a firearm death rate of 60 per 100,000 soldiers.

The firearm death rate in Washington , DC is 80.6 per 100,000 for the same
period. That means you are about 25 per cent more likely to be shot and

killed in the US capital, which has some of the strictest gun control laws
in the U.S. , than you are in Iraq .

Conclusion: The U.S. should pull out of Washington .

10% of all emails are legitimate.

90% of tonkatojo's emails are spam.

Conclusion: Should tonkatojo stop posting the contents of their emails on .Org?

Have you got access to my e-mail account ??, perhaps you should start a poll to see if most agree with your childish retorts.

Pity this new fangled forum doesn't automatically put postings in the General Section, into the appropriate section....

A quick look at the top page in the general section.....

"I want this cat" - Pets Corner
"Plasma or LCD TV" - Recommendations or Tech Support
"Memories" - Films
"On Call Plumbers" - Recommendations
"Logic" - Literature
"5 lessons on syrupy e-mails..." - Literature
"Tyre Socks" - Recommendations
"Shops" - Business

The rest of them? Well, pity the all new all dancing forum doesnt have the following sections....

"Opening hours?"
"Public Transport"
"Roads"
"Weather"
"Stuff that makes folk go "awww, isn't that cute....""

Oh well, maybe in the next update! ;)

I always thought a forum of this sort, ie for general discussion on all subjects.
Was just for that, general discussion.
If i wanted to discuss something of a specialist nature, ie Vintage cars.
I would go and seek that forum out.

Does that mean we can get rid of all the sections on here then?

You wouldn't happen to have info on where your statistics come from do you?

Anything with regards to the Iraq tends to be a touchy subject here.

Yes, it is all on Wikipedia. How accurate is that particular Website...It is unknown.
What I have found these past few days, is that there now 3 posts criticising the United States and Canada.
I think that is very unfair to those of us who live/ travel etc etc. All Countries have problems.
If I post I have suggestions not criticisms of the UK, or anywhere else for that matter.

So, we are not allowed to criticise North American countries any more?

There's plenty of criticism pops up on here regarding England or the EU - why should North American colonies be any different?

I also believe some people on here have criticised Pakkistan and Aghanistan in the past..ooh, and even ignorant ex-pat Scots for not allowing some bottom feeding US Billionaire to walk all over us.....

Why can't we orgers just have a civilized debate, rather than the usual bickering that seems to flare up on here. It seems some people on here just can't help starting an argument or pot stirring.
