Got to admit: weather like this makes some of the scenery & landscapes in Caithness absolutely stunning!

Managed to stay out for about 1.5 hours but by the end my fingers were getting painfully cold.The camera was like a block of ice,no surprise considering it was around -13C.
It was a lovely moonlit night though and well worth the cold fingers.
