Just post a link from a hosting site like photobucket. make your image about 800 pixles on its widest side and paste the image code from the dropdown menu in the gallery in your post. The pic will appear once you post.

Last time I uploaded from photobucket everyone had access to all the photos I keep on there and I can't work out how to just show the one photo :D
