There isnt that many days left and the weather isnt going to improve much!

usually because Miller waits to the last minute to annoucne if they are shut or not. but they have had there weather line updated before 7.30 recently :confused. i never check the website id much rather keep my eyes closed by phoning as its now on my speed dial :lol:

From what I remember about School the last week before Christmas its all games, fun, parties and the concert etc anyway.
Not much in the way of real lessons anyway!
Well for the primary school kids anyway...
So whats the point of checking every morning..
At least that way we all know whats happening and can make some arrangements.

Exactly what i thought too. Some kids have had enough of treching through snow now. It was fun for the first few days when it hit us a few weeks ago.

Wellies are not exactly warm on their feet even with extra socks, if they dont wear wellies they are soaking all day and cold. i know the school has to stuff to teach but just dock a week off the summer holidays :lol:

Bizarre - every other school in Wick is closed except the North School - and it may as well have been as there were only 3 teacher's cars in the car park this morning - it's normally full by 9am.
