my favourite dressing for salad

This makes enough for 4 people, but can be stored in a sealed bottle in the fridge
mix together
6 Tablespoons Virgin Olive oil
4 Tablespoons White wine Vinegar
2 Tablespoons Whole Grain Mustard
4 Teaspoons Clear Honey
Salt and Pepper to taste

for two people reduce ingredients by half

great dressing Golach... have been using hemp oil in place of the olive oil though.. delicious!
