Error Code 646 [Archive] - Caithness.Org Forums

whilst trying to download the lastest Windows update I keep getting unable to load, error code 646, I have tried disabling the automatic download facility, also disabled my firewall, none of these worked.
I hope our techy orgers can help.

Charlie, once again you have helped this owld and now embarrassed Orger, I printed off you instructions the last time, but I lost them, I shall endeavour to do better this time.
