Getting home!!!...Nothing worse than being stuck somewhere you dont want to be in bad weather!

I would class essential journeys as.....

Medical treatment

Work - if in a "front line" job or if your absence will have an effect on numerous people rather than just the profits!

Shopping if unable to carry what you need on foot

Maybe I am over-cautious but I just dont see the point in driving in adverse conditions if there are alternatives or the trip is not necessary.
