I just saw the clip - really great stuff and it put me in mind of this (http://video.google.com/videoplay?docid=551670992127427964) which I had sent to me about a year ago by a friend. For anyone who hasn't seen Canon in D by Pachelbel brought up to date, you're in for the treat of your lives if you have a mere five minutes to spare....

What fantastic talent! Time much better spent than hangin' round the street in a hoodie.

Glad you enjoyed it Ricco and delighted to be able to share the experience. You've no idea how much I would give to be able to play like that...

Very enjoyable to watch 2 talented brothers having fun, thanks for sharing the clip.

The guy playing Pachelbel is amazing, makes me wonder what Pachelbel would say if he could hear that rendition. I'm really glad to hear him again, it's now saved to my favourites list.

Absolutely blown away - I thought the slap bass was good but the other two way surpassed it.

I love Canon and that was a great rendition (much in the same vein as Jon Lord's "Bach onto This" from the album Before I Forget (http://www.mp3.com/albums/35898/summary.html) (click Preview next to song title - unfortunately only a snippet), which is Bach's Toccata & Fugue in D Minor in Rock mode).

As for the AirTap I'd never heard an acoustic played like that - superb.

Thanks everyone for those bookmarked treasures!

No problem bobinovich, I (try To Play Guitar), but these guys/gals make me realise how far I have to go.

I had seen the Jerry C version before too and he gets appropriate credit for the arrangement in the funtwo version I posted the link to. I just posted funtwo as it's my preferred version, I hesitate to use the word better as it's a bit like asking whether Leonardo is better than Michelangelo (and I'm not talking about Mutant Ninja Turtles either!)

These have all been fantastic, and I've enjoyed them very much. I've even passed the links on to a few friends who I knew would appreciate seeing them, too! Thanks all.
