How long before we are asked to send a few billion quid to both sides to relieve hardship, but in reality for it to be spent on weapons so they can knock seven bells out of each other? :confused

North korea are just flexing their muscles to see just how much they can get away with. Theyve been doing this since at least 1977 when the Clash sang about Korea Opportunities.
