asked for milk tokens but won't get them until febuary

my grandaughter was born 10 weeks ago (8 weeks prem) and three weeks ago my daughter filled in a form to recieve milk tokens, but has been told it will be Febuary before they arrive, is this quite normal, can anyone help

Sounds very wrong to me!

When I claimed the Healthy Start vouchers, we had ours within 2 weeks. Its been nearly 2yrs since I received any, but this is wrong.

I thought that it was wrong, but I can't contact anyone to find out, can anyone else shed some light on this problem please!
