Cut lawyers fees to a sensible level would be more like it....

£250 an hour? Yeah, right.....

And just because the doctor wasn't able to cure your common cold does not constitute clinical negligence!

Daytime TV adverts have a lot to answer for.... :)

Even if they do consider it I'd wholeheartedly support other types of resolution to certain cases well before solicitors & legal aid are even considered :roll:
