Would like to regularly go for a swim twice a week - anybody interested in joining?

Depends what times you wanted to swim!

I go for the Aqua Aerobics 2 x a week, Monday lunchtime 11:45-12:30 and Wednesday evening 8pm-8.45pm

A friend of mine swims lunchtimes 12:15 - 2.45pm 2 or 3 times a week also!

She had me in the pool yesterday - 64 lengths she made me do!!! Thats 1 mile!!! I slept very well last night, and I ache all over today!

am looking to go just for lane swimming and using sauna and steam room, so just a relaxing couple of hours really
