Just back from a look see at the Wave & Tidal public information day at Pentland Hotel, Thurso (9am-8pm Tue/Wed). If you are looking for information about what's planned, go visit and talk to them. It was busy this morning first thing but plenty of opportunities to quiz the various companies involved.
I overheard some of the schoolkids questions, very pertinent and well thought out. Spoke to some of the exhibitors and they are very pleased that the youngsters are visiting. One comment from an exhibitor, which i think sums up the event in a nutshell, 'It's great they are taking the opportunity to find out about the industry, they are after all the areas future'.
