My Caithness born grandparents had at their 50th Wedding Party a march called the Grand March. I was only 10 years old then, but I remember them arm in arm walking once around the circumference of the hall, then their children came in for one circ. then partners of chldn, then grandchildren. Wondered what the march tune was, and where to get hold of it.:)

If you go to Youtube there are quite a few on there for you to look at and see what suits you

some of them are under the titles - Scottish Grand March, Scotish Wedding March, Grand Scottish March

and I am sure a few folk on here will advise you on how it is done and the best tunes - hope this works http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EaO3gPAOZJQ&feature=related

Enjoy the celebrations.

Its lovely to see The Grand March at a wedding reception, especially if it is led by a piper, who then goes on to play for the Eightsome Reel that should follow on.
