Anyone been to the upper Deck recently?
Havena been in years and would like to give it a go again but I've heard some bad reports in the past.......Is it worth me booking a table?

Not very helpful I'm affraid as it can be a bitty hit and miss.

Last time we went it was great, food and service excellent, but on the 2 previous visits one time the food. the next the service wasn't up to scratch.

When they are on the ball its well worth the visit, just a shame you don't know afore you go.

Just to say, when they were good we said so and left a hefty tip, the other times we did complain, not a lot of notice was taken and no tip was left.

All 3 times the fillet was scrumptious.

I had a meal in the Upper Deck a couple of weeks ago and it was excellent.

Had a fantastic family meal there a few months ago & the steak was just as good as it used to be! Go & Enjoy

We were there today at 5pm for high tea. It was great. We both chose roast chicken, fresh veg potatoes chips and stuffing. Big portions, followed by pot of tea, toast cakes scones and pancakes. Only £8.50 each. Staff were very friendly and the service was excellent. will go back again soon.
