Just saw 3 buzzards within a few feet of each other in a field by the Loch. Two were squaring up to each other (I assume males) - I don't think food was involved - do Buzzards try to forceably take mates? and I know they have a reputation for laziness, but wouldn't this activity be on the wing and not on the ground?
