I know organix jars have a website based thing going..there is a code on the back of the labels...dont know how many you would need for anything.
As for recycling just put them in the bottle banks!
Its cheaper and just as easy to do your own baby food...I only use pouches when out and about otherwise I make my own!
For the healthy eating vouchers..health visitor or the jobcentre??

jars are practical when out and about but at home mine have always just had what we eat, mashed to whizzed to make smoother when really young. and if any left over i freeze. simples :)

Nope ... gave up with jars when out after one didnt go clunk (it went splat) in my bag!
Had a few disasters with little tubs too..
When they were just starting I would do an icecube tray at a time.
Then progressed into whizzing our food..NO SALT TO BE ADDED (that goes for the tatties too) then roughly mushing with a fork then cut into bits..
little star (or the other ones I cant spell) yoghurts are a good fridge stand by too!
