Where and when are Zumba Class in Thurso

Hi

I have heard that there is now a Zumba class in the town....Thurso - Can anyone tell me anything about where and when it is held? Or contact details of the instructor?

It is probably on here somewhere - but i am sure I cannot find it!!!

Zumba starts Monday November the 8th in Pennyland school from 7.30 - 8.30pm.

Kate Stewart also does a kind of Zumba/aerobic mix on a Thursday night at Mount Pleasant from 7.30pm-8.30pm. £3.

I've wanted to have a go at Zumba for ages but can't convince my daughters they should have a go also.
Not so keen to go alone if it's gonna be packed with lithe, agile youngsters that find it a doddle. Don't mind em being there obviously but are there many older, chubby, 2 left feet types going?

What is zumba?
I have no co-ordination and dont know my left from my right..and cant do arms and legs at the same time in aerobatic classes.....without trouble:lol:

My wife has the 4 DVD's and thinks it is great...

More fun than exercise (SHE SAYS!)

But it does get the sweat up!
