I am looking for a classical pianist who is able to regularly rehearse with me, and ultimately to accompany me in the Glasgow Royal College of Music, for the DipABRSM (violin) music performance exam that I'm currently preparing for.
Must be at least Grade 8 standard on the piano with experience of accompanying any classical repertoire in an examination environment. A deep musical understanding and the ability to accompany seamlessly for at least 35 minutes is essential.
My current exam repertoire consists of Beethoven, Brahms, Tartini & Paganini (although the latter two are likely to be replaced).
Rehearsals could be either at home or anywhere else in the county where there is a good enough piano! This should prove to be a challenging project, so a sense of humour and a willingness to share musical ideas are a must!
