The Womens institute run them virtually everywhere- think Gillock's branch might be worth contacting- alternatively pm ashaw on here- she runs a cake business

Hi! I have recently started up a cake/cupcake business but am completely self taught. I do think it helps to start with if you have some kind of artistic ability but with the internet and a vast array of books these days it's surprising what you can teach yourself.

I too have looked for courses but find that most of them are much further south.
