NTL Vs BT, no contest as BT would win every time. Anyway it is Fibre Optic that BT would lay for the Faster BroadBand and NTL do not do Fibre Optic.

Sorry Kodiak - didn't connect Vote for Thurso with Vote for broadband. What about the rest of us? I'm sure Thurso already has much better speeds than folks in the country, some of them can't get broadband at all.

Let's hope if they take some notice of Caithness those poor souls stuck on dial-up might get some help.

Why do you say this - fibre optic cable already exists up to Thurso - was laid a number of years ago - UHI and Thurso High School feed off it now!
