If you get a grey rep from someone who cant give points does it change to green or red when they can?
I understand the red and the green boxes but dont understand the grey ones!
Or the point of them...

I didnt know you could get red ones , i got a grey one once with a positive comment and assumed that was a negative and she had clicked the dissagree one instead of the agree one .

I am not bothered about the whole rep thing anyway but would like to understand it!

I've had 2 reds in the past, the only thing is they always contain swear words so I get them deleted :D

Grey I think is when the users reputation is set to private so you cannot see. There comment is visible though so you usually have an idea if it was positive or not.
