I am organising a Childs Sponsored walk for Meningitis, to be held on the 13th August at 2pm round the Newton Community woodland.

Meningitis and septicaemia are life-threatening diseases, especially in young children. Knowing the symptoms of meningitis and septicaemia, and acting quickly to get medical help, can save lives. See http://www.meningitis.org/ for more details.
The monies raised all go to funding further research into the disease.
