Good question, but I doubt it, and certainly not at market value if it was sold at discount price.

They have done in the past, depends on the area and demands on housing in that area I think.

I don't know about Highland Council policy but it does happen.

i think that if you sell it within 5 years of buying they have to get first refusal at the price you paid.
or thats how it used to be.
