Charity shop workers in Glasgow are trying to trace a man who handed in a donation of £20,000 and left before they had a chance to thank him.
The mystery benefactor handed an envelope containing a banker's draft to a volunteer at the Sauchiehall Street branch of Cancer Research UK.
It is believed to be the biggest gift received at any Cancer Research shop in the UK and workers at the store now want to trace him to say thanks.

As he left before they could thank him, he obviously wants to stay anonymous so they should leave him be and just be thankful.

I really hope they don't find him, he will have seen the story reported and that will be thanks enough for him.
