Does anyone know the correct order of social ranking for the following?

Lord
Rt Honorable Member of Parliament
Lt Commander
Dr with OBE

A business dinner is being arranged and I need to know the correct order for the official introductions!

I have no idea so all help very gratefully received!!! :eek:

So does that mean the ones last in line are not as good folk as the ones at the top? Sad.
