I've been to John o Groats a couple of times and admired Stroma from the shore and subsequently found images of it online, I'm fascinated by disused places and would love to visit at some point. Does anybody here know of someone who could take us out there?

Many thanks in advance for any replies.

This Island is owned by Jimmy Simpson of Canisbay and it is he or his son, William, you should contact. They are in the Phone Book.

hey everyone well the owners are the sipmsons as was already said below and from what i remember you cam camp out there as long as you have everything with you tent, food, stove all the nessesary things you need but you'd have to speak to the simpsons at the bottom of our road and ask them, it's mainly William the you should phone and ask for if he isnt already out on the island, the only thing about camping is you need to take the rubbish with you as to not leave it behind for the sheep to eat and choke on and other wildlife.
