Does anyone know if there is such a thing as a ride on rotavator? And if so does anyone know anywhere that hires them out?

I have certainly seen them - bit of a mini tractor, really. I would suggest looking at your local farm suppliers in the first instance.

could try allans of gillock, know they do a good sturdy hand held rotavator that did us fine for our garden. Otherwise HSS within Thurso Building Supplies at the railway station, won't have one in stock, but may be able to order one up from further south
