I wonder how many hundreds of thousands of pounds it cost to put that report together. It seems very scientific and presumably well researched. I listened to the attached audio presentation and I got the gist of what its about and it reminds me of the complexities of every day life and the comforts we take for granted.
I'm glad someones keeping their eye on it. :confused

Any supposedly technical consultation which includes this under "What to watch out for" :

"(CCS) generation is assumed to be coal-fired. In reality, it may become possible to fit CCS to gas-fired plant."

is highly suspect.
