Assuming you live in Caithness (since you're a member of this forum), then the John O'Groat Journal and it's sister paper, the Caithness Courier, would be the best bet, though they re only published Friday and Wednesday respectively. For a daily paper then probably the Press and Journal.

it costs a fortune to advertise in NOSN. you get a much better response on here and on Facebook, both are free :)

Just put your "business" cards in phone boxes. Worked for me.

As Dragonfly says this is the best advertising there is.
I spent nearly £500 with yellow pages this year and wish I had not bothered, I have had some incredibly dodgy phonecalls through it, 90% of my calls come through the org.
