New Build - Aracheolgy Watching Brief

Can anyone help me?

On obtaining our outline planning we have a clause forcing us to have an archaeologist present whenever we break ground. He must complete a watching brief report and ensure nothing of any interest is uncovered.

Does anyone know of someone qualified to do this?

And also roughly how much this will cost? (be gentle)
