I was also going to look for a pilates class - does anybody have any more details? Cost, level of fitness worked with etc. I am overweight and not too steady on my feet but my doctor suggested pilates could help a back problem I have. Sorry but I'm not familiar with the area and don't know where Mount Pleasant school is - help please. Cheers

Last time I went - a few months ago it was £2.50 a week. It is quite an easy level of fitness and you can miss bits out if they are too much for you. I find it a very easy keep fit class to do. You can just go along and there is no need to book in or anything.
If you take the road out towards castletown out of thurso mount pleasant school is on the left hand side just near the edge of town.

Does anyone know of any pilates, yoga, exercise ball or keep fit classes in town these days?
