Kate's keep fit classes

Hi folks,

saw a mention of this on an earlier thread -can anyone advise what classes are on and what nights please. Do they have to be booked in advance ?

£2.50 each. start 7.30pm. no need to book.

i don't know the answer to that one. i certainly hope so as my belly has gone to jelly.
