I have bought an abswing but it has no manual. I am wondering if there is anyone who has one which they don't need and could send it or I could collect it? Please help me!

Sorry I can't help, but may I suggest you do what my wife does with all her "get/keep fit" stuff, it gathers dust in the cupboard under the stairs... a bike, a stepper and a thingy which is like an implement of torture.
