Anti virus etc

My computer is only 3months old it came with bullguard protection free but is running out in 2 weeks time .What do i do do i go ahead and buy from them think its £45 i dont really no much about computers there are so many anti virus etc are there any cheaper ones. Thanks very much .Pingu

no your certainly don't need to pay
uninstall bullguard under control panel add/remove programs and install
avast free
or
microsoft security essentials
