any1 know a tree surgeon

we have a tree in the back garden about 10-12 feet that is causing a wee bit of friction between the neighbours lol so we decieded its time to do something about it so does any1 know a tree surgeon or someone who can see to it for reasonable price if not im going to have to risk life and limb and do it myself [para]

if the tree is overhanging their garden and causing a problem, then it's their right to prune/lop, even though it's your tree, the onus isn't on you to sort it (methinks)

if you're happy with the tree and they aren't, let them sort it out

you obviously want to be a good neighbour, but if you don't have a problem with your own tree, agree to disagree with them and let them lop any imposing branches, but again, that's their job, not yours !!

what kind of 10-12ft tree is it ? my neighbours have got weeds as high as that !
