I have a good crop of pears this year, trouble is they all seem to have black spots and some have crusty bits on them , can anyone tell me what this is and can they be saved..:confused

Could be pear scab, very much like apple scab, or some other fungal infection. You would need to spray with a fungicide if this is the case.
