hi has anyone else having trouble today with vodafone or is it just my phone

Big problems with mobile phones on Vodafone and 02 today, also BT broadband which has affected switch payments in shops and also some bank cash machines have crashed.

My analogue moblie, fondly known as "the housebrick" was working, but as my friends all have modern digital phones I had no one to talk to!

I'm on vodafone and haven't had a signal since early this morning and still dont! Im in the springpark area of thurso. Does anyone know what the problem is??

The only info I've seen is on the Vodafone UK Coverage Map.

The broadband problem has been fixed since around 1330.
I don't know how much it has to do with any mobile phone problem.
My orange android phone was working all day as were friends and family's differing smartphones on O2 and vodafone.
Has anyone with problems tried calling their provider? The more people who call them the more they will know there is a problem as it is definitely not universal (unlike the 01847/01995 bb problems this am). They can't fix what they don't know.

Same, though i've noticed it depends on location, at home (Castlegreen Road) I get full bars, at work (near Precinct) I get no signal at all.

think its the millbank mast which mustjust cover mount vernon/springpark areas.....im housebound just now due to a dislocated knee so missin my phone :( :(

i hope your knee get better soon.but i still am not getting a signal on my vodafone went to wick today its working fine there..though get back to thurso and its gone again..

:(I feel for you having been stuck in the house the last year due to a dislocated knee! Hope you recover soon.

My mobile signal popped up again about an hour ago and is on full bars although still finding it hard to make calls and none of my numbers are showing up if someone calls me. Hope they get it sorted soon!
