In need of an Imperial GV 20030812 motherboard. Have scoured the net but have failed to find one. Is it discontinued or is it possible to buy a compatible?

I am guessing that this is an e-machines computer, if so this mobo will be a custom one only available from them, just get any mobo with the same features and the same size and it should work

Mobo is just an abbreviation for MOtherBOard.
