licence For Smart Car??

Selling my Smart Car at the moment somebody asked if they can drive it on a automatic licence? It says semi-automatic on the V5 it has no clutch it is tiptronic and have to move the gearstick manually to change gear, Does anybody Know?

Dont think so as it has a gearstick!
Think the name semi automatic might give a clue as its not quite an automatic just a lazy persons gearshift!
