There is combat aerobics tonight 6-7 in assembly rooms there is a poster up in swimming pool for it. Seemingly its for all ages and abilities, there is also keep fit class in Assembly rooms think its on a Thursday but not sure, its with Diane Sinclair, combat is with Fiona Harper, they are both meant to be good. I am planning the combat next week :)
