Change text : lower case/higher case?

So I've wrote a long rant in capital letters and thought better of shouting on the forum or I just want to change lower case letters to higher case without having to rewrite it all. Does anyone know how I can do this please? :confused

If you copy and paste it into a word document, highlight the whole document and use the change case facility on the font bar, (Aa), then copy and paste it back to the org.
