Telephone help, Binatone G11

Do any other orgers have the cordless Binatone G11 telephone? We have lost the user manual and there is a symbol of a red envelope on the screen, we cannot figure out what it is for! Can anyone help?

Normally to do with the answerphone, either a message or it's full.

Binatone site doesn't seem to list the user gude for that phone, try calling them: 0845 345 9677

I wondered if it was to do with the answerphone, but there is no new message and I had deleted the other message not long ago. I will give them a call though, thanks Phill x
